required for all events : a security damage Deposit & insurance

A $700 security damage deposit is required on all events. The full rental fee and completed rental agreement will confirm your reservation. The security deposit will be returned after a final inspection; assuming no damage or additional cleaning is required.

General Liability Policy in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 (one million dollars) is required for all events. The certificate of insurance & security deposit are due within two weeks of your event.
